Member Notice

The following price increases are due to be implemented from 1st April 2025:

 

Gym/Swim Memberships

All membership prices will increase by £2.00 per month, with Direct Debits adjusted accordingly.

The increase equates to just 50p per week.

*GP/Active Workforce members will be subject to a £1.00 increase in line with Sefton Council

 

Swim School Members

Swim School prices will increase as follows, with Direct Debits adjusted accordingly:

Swim Lessons (per child) – £34.00 per month

Parent & Baby/Toddler – £34.00 per month

Academy – £42.00 per month

Adults/Masters – £34.50 per month

The increase equates to just 25p per lesson.

 

The Trust is committed to keeping annual price increases to a minimum. However, due to significant rises in operating costs in recent years, this adjustment is necessary to ensure the long-term financial sustainability of the facility.

Our Learner Pool is heated to 31° and the Main Pool 29°

The main pool is 25m x 12.5m, the depth ranges from 0.9m at the shallowest point, increasing to 1.8m at the deep end.  It has both step and ladder access.

The learner / toddler pool is 12.5m x 9m, with a standard depth increasing from 0.65m to 0.9m and stepped access.

Children must be aged 8 and over and a competent swimmer. Non-swimmers must not pass the red line clearly shown in the main pool – including those who use pool aids

All lane swim sessions must be pre-booked and payment is taken at the time of booking.

You do not need to book for any general swim sessions or to use the learner pool.

Members must be aged 14 years and above to join.  A direct debit can only be set up by an adult over 18 years of age so anyone under this age wanting to join must either pay upfront or bring an adult over 18 to set up on their behalf.

No, feel free to pop in anytime during opening hours and a member of staff will be more than happy to show you around.

Memberships must be set up in person and our reception team are happy to help with any questions – Please visit anytime during opening hours to join.  It is not currently possible to join online.

Only members have access to class bookings online.  Any non-members are more than welcome to book into classes but must do so in person or by calling our reception team on 01704 879 366.  Payment is taken at the time of booking.

Members must give at least 8 hours notice to cancel a class booking. Anything less than 8 hours or a ‘no-show’ will result in a strike being added to their account.  If a member receives more than 3 strikes in a 30 day period then a 48 hour online booking ban will be applied to their account. (Bookings can still be made via our Reception Team).
