We are extremely proud of our Wellness Suite at Formby Pool Trust. The fully air-conditioned fitness suite overlooking our gardens, comprises state of the art Technogym resistance and cardio equipment. Our professional instructors are always on hand to provide advice and guidance as well as creating tailor-made fitness programmes to suit all ages and abilities. Furthermore, personal training sessions are included within our memberships at no extra cost!

MORE FREE WEIGHTS
New gym equipment will include double the number of dumbbells, an Olympic barbell chest press, squat rack and an additional cable crossover.
NEW PLATE LOADED KIT
We will be introducing six pieces of Technogym plate loaded resistance equipment to the gym, including a new leg, shoulder and chest press.
ADDITIONAL CARDIO
The volume of cardio training stations will increase by four with an additional treadmill plus the introduction of two stair climbers and a SkiErg.
