Duty Manager | Skills and qualities required:As Duty Manager, you will report to the General Manager and be responsible for the efficient day-to-day operation of the Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed professional who demonstrates strong customer service skills and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Working hours are based on a shift pattern, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends. The appointment is subject to satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check. Previous management experience is essential, along with a sound understanding and application of Health and Safety practices. Whilst previous experience in the leisure industry—such as pool plant operation—is desirable, it is not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.This post is subject to enhanced DBS disclosure. | Full Time. Shifts between 5:30am and 10:00pm Weekdays and 7:30am to 5:00pm Weekends | Up to £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience) | November 7, 2025 |
