Bookings & Cancellations


The following policies have been implemented to improve the service provided to our customers, ensuring that all our customers have every opportunity to attend the class of their choice.

In the event that a class is fully booked, a waiting list will be in operation based on a first come first served basis. Upon a cancellation the first customer on the waiting list shall be notified of the availability.

Bookings & Cancellations Policy
Classes may only be booked within seven days of the class.
All classes must be paid for at the time of booking, phone bookings will be accepted via debit/credit card payment.
Members using class vouchers will have a session deducted at the time of booking.
Regular class users and those with vouchers will receive a membership card, allowing for ease of access and booking for future classes.
Cancellation for classes must be given 24 hours before the class is scheduled to commence, in this case payment will be credited onto your account.
Failure to cancel prior to 24 hours will result in payment/voucher being forfeited.
Those on Active Workforce, GP Platinum or Corporate memberships must follow the same cancellation policy. In this case a 3 strike policy will be in operation, with repeat offenders losing their booking privileges.
Class users are no longer permitted to book places for anyone other than themselves.
Classes may be booked via email upto seven days in advance.
